At Snapmaker, we stand by the quality of our 3D printers and modules; if you are not entirely satisfied, you can initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your product. All returned items must be in their original packaging and include all accessories to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the device and all components in the original shipping box to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked.
Ship to Snapmaker
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location to begin the return transit process.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
